Open to SDR & appointment-setting roles

I helped scale an agency from $40K to $120K a month.

NEPQ-trained SDR and appointment setter. Around 200 dials and up to 100 DM conversations a day, on opted-in leads or pure cold, with show rates that hold at 70–75%. B2B roots in industrial equipment sales, now setting for agencies and insurance.

About

I ask before I pitch.

Read the transcript

So, a bit about me: I was at the agency where our team, two setters and one closer, grew the agency from $40K to $120K a month. I was there first as a DM setter and then transferred to the phone setting position.

As a DM setter, I was doing 100 to 150 DMs a day, and then as a phone setter, I was doing 200 calls a day. My rates were a 70% show rate and a 40% book rate.

On top of that, I worked with another offer where I was only dealing with cold leads, like cold outbound, no warm leads. I was also doing 200-plus calls a day there.

I also have NEPQ training by Jeremy Miner and the Real Sales System by Brian Choi.

I am also very coachable, very persistent, very hardworking, and I will do whatever needs to be done to get the results my team needs.

If you have more questions about me, we can schedule our first interview and talk there. Take care and have a great day.

I started in B2B at Vaga Beta, selling industrial scales to bakeries, butcher shops and retail businesses. Owners there want a straight answer and a price, so I learned to lead with certification and calibration instead: show them what an inaccurate scale is costing them, and the consultation becomes an easy yes.

The same job gave me the digital side. I ran the company's social media across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, worked opt-ins through Meta Business Suite, and did the cold calls and DMs that followed them up.

Since February 2026 I have worked as an SDR: phone and DM setting on opted-in leads at Spray Foam Audit, cold DMs and email from my own accounts at Second Nature Growth, and now pure cold calling for insurance at Inspera AI, with no inbound at all.

I am looking for an SDR or appointment-setting role where dials, booked calls and show rate are the numbers that matter.

Case study

$40K → $120K a month at Spray Foam Audit

February to April 2026. I was the DM and phone setter working the agency's opted-in leads, and monthly revenue went from $40K to $120K during my time there. This is what the front end looked like from my seat.

The volume
  • Around 200 outbound calls a day
  • 50 to 100 DM conversations a day
  • Opted-in leads, worked on both phone and DM
The outcome
  • $40K → $120K a month in agency revenue
  • About three months, February to April 2026
  • Phone and DM feeding one calendar
The lesson I keep: Opted-in does not mean ready. A lead still has to say the problem out loud before a call is worth booking, and that is what keeps the show rate up.
What I do

Four things I get hired for

01

Phone setting, opted-in or pure cold

150 to 200 dials a day. Prospecting, first qualification, objection handling and booking, with at least five qualified calls on the calendar a day in a pure cold-call environment.

02

DM setting on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn

50 to 100 DM conversations a day, including cold outreach from my own accounts, plus email. Conversations that end in a booked call, not a seen message.

03

Qualification and discovery

Business need, current marketing, budget and readiness for paid ads, checked before the call is booked. Discovery questions that surface the pain, NEPQ-style.

04

Follow-up, no-shows and CRM

Follow-up sequences for prospects who went quiet, no-shows chased and qualified leads rescheduled, so booked calls do not leak. Every touch logged in the CRM.

Step 01

Prospect

Cold calls, cold DMs and email to a defined list, or opted-in leads worked on phone and DM.

Step 02

Qualify

Need, current marketing, budget and readiness. If it is not a fit, the call does not get booked.

Step 03

Book

Discovery questions until the prospect names the problem, then a slot on the team's calendar.

Step 04

Follow up

Follow-up sequences, no-show recovery and reschedules. That is how show rates stay at 70–75%.

FAQ

Before you ask

What kind of role are you looking for?

A full-time SDR or appointment-setting role, phone or DM, remote. I also take contract setting work when the offer and the lead source are clear.

B2B or B2C?

Both. B2B at Vaga Beta taught me trust-based selling to business owners who need a real reason to act; SDR work for agencies taught me volume. The mechanics transfer in both directions.

Opted-in leads or cold outreach?

Both, with numbers for each. On opted-in leads at Spray Foam Audit: about 40% booked on calls, 75% on DMs, and a 75% show rate. On pure cold calls at Inspera AI: 150–200 dials and at least five qualified calls booked a day, with about 70% showing up.

Remote, hybrid or on site?

Remote-first, based in Serbia (CET), and working in English every day.

What do you need to start?

The offer, the lead source, access to the CRM and calendar, and your qualification criteria. With those I can be on the phones or in the DMs in the first week.
